Policy Overview
We gladly accept items that are unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, fragrances, and tags attached. We kindly ask that returns be put back in the same plastic bag (let’s recycle!) and in the condition in which you received them.
Refunds
- You have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it or exchange it for a refund to your original form of payment.
- Refunds larger than $500.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
International Returns
- We accept international returns.
- We currently ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs website for estimated costs. Fab Charm reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances.
- Be in the same plastic bag and condition that you received it.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
In your return, please include your order invoice, note the reason for your return, and specify whether you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
If your return passes our inspection, you will be notified, and your refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued.
- If more than 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot accept your return.
- If your return does not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted, and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage that has not been reported.
- Items purchased from outside the U.S., on sale, as gifted orders, or special orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
