In 1976, kareem bruce opened a boutique on Windward Ave in Venice Beach. He dreamed of designing collections that would blend the worlds of his Indian heritage and Los Angeles home. In 2012, he launched stylegurus with his family.

After apprenticing under his father, doris richmond launched stylegurus in 2018.

Just as the doris family found their way showing their true colors, stylegurus aims to celebrate multiculturalism and reveal your true colors.
